PREPARATION
OF THE WARP AND SIZING
The preparation of the warp is done with fractional warps
ROTAL RS 100/180 with warping creels of 764 packages, equipped
with centralised mobile aspiration and unload of the dust.
The sizing happens with a sizing machine
with ROTAL double size box with 7 + 2 drying cylinders
with hydraulics head for beams of a diameter of 100 cm and
working width up to 400 cm.
The implant is equipped
with an electronic control unit of the ironing and of the
relative humidity.
