WEAVING
The weaving is done on SULZER looms with usable width from
330 cms. to 394 cms. of last generation of which 14 of very
recent installation. Some of the machines are equipped with
JACQUARD STAUBLI and some others with dobby, 4 colours or
weft mixers.
The department is equipped with a centralised mobile dust
aspiration and unload, manufacture by MAGITEX.
All the looms are connected to a USTER LOOMDATA data centre,
installed in the office of the technician in charge, which
supplies in real time the yield for each machine, the produced
measurements, the times and the reason of eventual stop-production
and any other data needed for the better technical and qualitative
production of the department.
